Qualifications

• Gr12 or Equal to High School Graduate/Diploma
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or business.
• Certification in related fields

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a product marketing manager or similar position
• Content creation experience required — must understand what makes short-form content perform.
• Retention-focused thinker that understands hooks, pacing, and audience psychology.
• Must be Platform-savvy and up to date on algorithm trends and content formats.
• Clear communicator that can pitch and explain creative ideas confidently.
• Fluent in English on an international level
• Deadline driven and able to work without supervision
• Fully computer literate.
