[Hiring] Creative Strategist @Somewhere

Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to drive performance for ecommerce brands through high-converting Meta ad concepts. This is not a design or editing role. Your focus will be on strategy, research, and ideation—developing creative concepts that translate into winning ad campaigns.

• Each week, you will deliver structured creative briefs (typically Mondays).
• Briefs are created in Notion and consumed by video editors.
• Editors execute your vision into video and static creatives.
• Performance data feeds back into your next round of concepts.
• You may work across 1–3 brands simultaneously, depending on priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Meta ads / performance creative.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and customer psychology.
• Ability to generate high-volume, high-quality creative ideas.
• Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Strong ownership and results-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AI tools for creative strategy.
• Ability to identify high-performing vs. low-quality AI-generated concepts.

Benefits

• Salary: $4,000 – $7,000/month depending on experience.
