Role Description

Fuelerate is looking for a Creative Strategist to help scale Shopify brands on Meta. This role involves:

• Researching markets, avatars, and customer psychology
• Studying winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and competitor libraries
• Identifying new hooks, angles, and mechanisms
• Writing clear ad concepts and scripts that convert
• Creating detailed briefs for editors and creators
• Analyzing ad performance to understand why creatives win or lose
• Turning insights into the next round of tests

You're not just writing ads; you're helping build creative testing systems that scale brands.

Qualifications

• Understanding of direct-response marketing
• Ability to think in testing frameworks
• Obsessed with customer psychology and market awareness
• Ability to analyze winning ads and explain why they worked
• Fast-paced and receptive to feedback
• Results-oriented mindset

Requirements

• Experience in creative strategy for Meta ads
• Ability to work across multiple clients and contexts
• Problem-solving skills in a fast feedback environment

Compensation

$2,500 – $3,500 per month depending on experience. A trial/part-time period will be established to ensure mutual fit before transitioning to a full-time role.
