Role Description
This role is for someone who can help turn raw ideas, sales insights, client wins, founder notes, Looms, comments, DMs, and AI-assisted drafts into a clean content operating system.
The Mission:
-
Make Daniel the strategic voice, not the content operations bottleneck.
-
Help capture signals, organize ideas, create briefs, support AI-assisted scripting, coordinate editor handoff, manage revisions, protect brand quality, and feed performance learnings back into the next content cycle.
The goal is simple: NEW ERA should publish better content with less chaos.
The content system should make it easier to know:
-
What ideas matter
-
What Daniel should record
-
What editors need
-
What is ready to publish
-
What needs approval
-
What performed
-
What should be repeated, refreshed, or retired
You help make that real.

Understand NEW ERAβs market, offer, audience, proof, voice, and current content workflow.
-
Audit the current content system.
-
Identify where ideas are coming from, where they get stuck, what Daniel still has to do manually, and what needs to be cleaned up first.
-
Create the first clean version of:

Signal intake
-
Idea backlog
-
Founder recording brief format
-
Editor brief format

-
Daniel is still the strategic voice, but he is no longer the content operations bottleneck.

The Application
At the top of your application, write: SIGNAL
Then include:
-
Your creative/content operations experience.
-
Examples of content workflows, briefs, scripts, calendars, or systems you have built.
-
Your experience working with founders, CEOs, coaches, agency owners, or personal brands.
-
How you use AI in content workflows.
-
What you believe should always require human review.
-
Tools you have used.
-
Your expected monthly compensation in USD.
-
Your availability and time zone.
Generic applications will not pass. Show us how you think. Show us how you organize creative work. Show us that you understand AI can help the system, but it cannot replace judgment.
Compensation
Remote contractor role to start. Compensation depends on experience, country, availability, communication ability, creative operations experience, writing ability, AI workflow judgment, and how independently you can help operate the system.
We are looking for the right long-term person, not the cheapest applicant. As the role grows, responsibility and pay can grow with it.
Final Note
If you are the right person for this role, you probably already know it. You like turning messy ideas into clean systems. You care about voice, proof, and quality. You can use AI without letting it make the work generic. You can make the founderβs content process lighter. Apply with specifics. Show your thinking. Show what you have built.
