Role Description

At Jerry.ai, we are building the first app to manage car ownership, making it accessible to all. Your job will be to:

• Think about what our customers need to hear from us.
• Change how we speak to and care for our customers.
• Craft email sequences, push notifications, and navigate community threads.
• Be the voice of Jerry and help cultivate an enduring community.

Qualifications

• A copywriting virtuoso with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging copy.
• A T-Shaped marketer with expertise in copywriting, audience development, and product positioning.
• A first principles thinker who avoids assumptions and uses qualitative data.
• Comfortable with discomfort, having experience in fast-growing startups.
• 7+ years of experience in creative marketing focused on copy and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working with consumer brands.
• A portfolio showcasing writing and creative craft.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Requirements

• Overhaul existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams.
• Take messaging from functional to value-additive and relationship-driven.
• Pitch and run creative campaigns to help us stand out online.
• Own positioning and messaging for new products.
• Build a team to manage organic GTM launches and social media presence.
