[Hiring] Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager @ThreeTrader

Role Description

ThreeTrader is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to improve performance across the digital customer journey—from landing-page engagement to account registration, verification and first-time deposit. This role will own the experimentation roadmap and turn customer behaviour, qualitative research and performance data into measurable conversion improvements.

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across websites, landing pages and onboarding journeys.
• Analyse customer behaviour across acquisition, registration, KYC, deposit and account-activation stages.
• Identify friction points using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys and customer feedback.
• Develop testable hypotheses based on potential commercial impact.
• Plan and manage A/B and multivariate tests covering messaging, layout, forms, navigation, trust signals and calls to action.
• Work with designers, developers and copywriters to produce and launch test variations.
• Improve mobile conversion performance and page usability.
• Optimise landing-page experiences by audience, campaign, market and traffic source.
• Partner with the Product team to improve registration, verification and deposit flows.
• Ensure experiments are statistically valid and properly measured.
• Maintain a central record of hypotheses, tests, results and learnings.
• Translate successful experiments into permanent product and website improvements.
• Ensure all changes comply with regulatory, legal and brand requirements.
• Promote a structured experimentation culture across marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth, digital product or performance optimisation.
• Proven experience managing structured A/B testing programmes.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, customer funnels and experimental design.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, heatmapping and testing platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical design or content changes.
• Strong understanding of UX, landing-page design, copy hierarchy and mobile usability.
• Experience working with designers, engineers, analysts and compliance stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS or front-end development is advantageous.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, trading, SaaS or another regulated digital business is highly desirable.
