[Hiring] Content Marketing Specialist @CloudCure

Role Description

This is a content and growth role for someone who works natively in AI. You will write the copy, generate the visuals, build the landing pages, and structure everything for search and for AI answer engines. We are not looking for someone who uses AI to draft faster. We are looking for someone who has rebuilt how they work around these tools, has strong opinions about which ones to use where, and has the taste to know when the output is good and when it needs a human hand.

What you will own

• AI-generated creative and media
  • Produce realistic, on-brand imagery and video for landing pages, ads and social using current generative tools.
  • Know the difference between AI output that reads as AI-made and output that does not, and consistently deliver the second kind.
  • Build and maintain a visual system so everything we publish looks like it came from the same company.
  • Develop ad creative for paid campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Landing pages, end to end
  • Take a product, campaign or audience and produce a complete landing page: copy, structure, visual direction, conversion flow.
  • Use AI page generation tools to build and iterate, then refine by hand where it matters.
  • Apply a real CRO lens: hierarchy, above-the-fold clarity, objection handling, CTA placement, mobile flow.
  • Test and iterate. A page that ships is a hypothesis, not a finished deliverable.
• SEO and AI search
  • Own organic strategy: keyword research, on-page, content structure, technical recommendations.
  • Optimize for AI-driven search as a first-class channel, not an afterthought. Google AI overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini.
  • Structure content for featured snippets, FAQs, entity and semantic search.
  • Monitor and report using Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Content and editorial
  • Write blog and site content that ranks, reads well, and converts.
  • Turn clinical and product concepts into clear language a patient understands.
  • Keep everything medically accurate, compliant and on-brand. Work with our clinical team to validate claims.
  • Find the content gaps and bring us the opportunities, do not wait to be assigned topics.
• Governance
  • Maintain consistency of voice and quality across everything published.
  • Follow healthcare marketing rules. Regulated advertising is the constraint we work inside, not a box we check afterward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content marketing, SEO or growth marketing, with work you can point to.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for copy, imagery and page generation. Show us what you have built.
• Strong on-page SEO and search intent fundamentals.
• Excellent written English and sharp self-editing.
• Comfortable in a CMS such as WordPress, and unbothered by touching HTML or CSS when needed.
• Able to work cross-functionally with product, engineering and clinical teams.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, wellness, telehealth or another regulated industry.
• Paid social and search creative experience.
• CRO and experimentation background, including A/B testing.
• Video generation and editing.
• Startup or early-stage experience where you owned a channel outright.
