[Hiring] Content Marketing & Sales Coordinator @Beckmann Collaborative

Role Description

We are looking for a versatile, proactive B2B Content Marketing & Sales Coordinator to manage content marketing operations for 3 key clients while actively supporting our internal sales pipeline. In this dual role, you will lead content strategy and execution (primarily social media and blog posts) to drive engagement and organic growth. In addition, you will support our business development by conducting complementary consultation calls with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and generating price quotes directly within our CRM system (Zoho).

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in B2B marketing and client-facing communication. Prior experience with Zoho CRM is a major plus, but being a quick learner with high comfort level using new software systems are required. Preferrably based in Eastern or Central time zones.

• Content Marketing (Client-Facing)
  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, write, edit, and schedule high-quality B2B blog posts and social media for three key client accounts. Updates tailored to each client’s brand voice and target audience.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with clients to establish monthly content calendars, key themes, and campaign goals.
  • Basic Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) and refine messaging accordingly.
• Sales Support & Pipeline Management
  • Consultation Calls: Conduct initial complementary sales consultation calls with incoming leads, evaluating their needs and positioning our services effectively.
  • Proposal & Quote Generation: Draft accurate price quotes, proposals, and service estimates using Zoho CRM based on discovery calls and standard pricing models.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep sales records, lead statuses, communication logs, and pipeline stages updated and organized in Zoho CRM.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Maintain timely communication with prospects post-consultation to assist in moving opportunities through the sales funnel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, account management, or a blended role within an agency or consulting environment.
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and SEO / AIO skills for digital B2B audiences (LinkedIn, blogs, long-form copy).
• Confident, articulate, and empathetic speaker with experience running client discovery or sales calls.
• High comfort level adopting and mastering new software platforms rapidly.
• Previous experience using Zoho CRM (or equivalent systems like Salesforce) is highly preferred; willingness and ability to learn quickly is required.
• Ability to manage time across multiple client accounts while balancing sales call schedules and tight deadlines.
