Role Description

We are actively seeking a Content Marketing Analyst for one of our direct clients in Remote.

• Content Architecture: Contributes to content audits; supports global activity and database maintenance of customer references.
• Content Management Process and Systems (CMS): Works within the content management process and systems as needed.
• Creative Direction and Implementation: Coordinates creative activities.
• Content Creation, Copywriting and Copyedit: Supports with editing, proofreading and improving content.
• Localization, Translation and Adaptation: Works on content localization, translation and adaptation.
• Content Testing and Defect Remediation: Tests specific content for operational efficacy and identifies defects to be fixed.
• Multi-Media Content Delivery: Uploads content to repositories and distributes it to cross-functional teams and regions.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication:
  • Builds relationships and works effectively within the organization and across functions.
  • Attends periodic cross-functional meetings to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and progress around content best practices and challenges.
  • Identifies and provides input to key stakeholders throughout the company, and across regions and countries.
  • Ensures alignment in cross-functional priorities.
  • Leverages agency relationships.
• Functional Knowledge: Has basic working knowledge of principles and methods within own job family.
• Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
