Role Description
We’re looking for a
Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
who can own the full storytelling engine of our brand across email, lifecycle flows, content strategy, and video-first creative. This role blends creativity with performance:

Develop content that grows our audience.

Produce video and written assets that educate and inspire.

Build lifecycle marketing programs that turn first-time buyers into loyal customers.

Communicate with customers from discovering us on social or through content, to browsing the site, to making a purchase, to coming back again.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing.

Strong writing skills from conversion-focused copy to brand storytelling.

Demonstrated experience running email campaigns and automated flows in tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or HubSpot.

Experience producing and editing video content (e.g., short-form vertical).
-
Ability to manage content calendars across channels with consistency.
-
Comfortable with basic analytics (GA4, Klaviyo dashboards, attribution tools).
-
Highly organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced growth environment.
-
No need for management experience.
-
Bonus: experience with SEO content, influencer/UGC management, or coffee industry background.

Own the full email and SMS strategy and calendar (campaigns + automated flows).

Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to increase LTV and retention.

Design A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion.

Partner with Growth to align emails with product launches and promotions.

Own the overall content calendar across social, email, landing pages, and UGC.
-
Create high-quality content that connects with coffee enthusiasts and café owners.
-
Write scripts, website copy, blogs, landing page messaging, and content briefs.
-
Build content pillars that establish authority: education, how-to guides, product reviews, comparison content, café buildout content, etc.

Collaborate with product and growth teams to develop messaging for launches, events, and campaigns.
-
Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
-
Capture product demos, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, and story-driven content.
-
Create UGC-style content to support paid ads, social media, and email.
-
Coordinate with influencer/UGC creators and edit/repurpose their content.
