Role Description

As Content & Customer Marketing Manager at Abusix, you are the execution pillar at the heart of our content and customer engine — highly AI-powered, hands-on, and directly connected to how we grow. You build and run the customer-focused content engine that spans the full customer lifecycle:

• Educational content
• Sales enablement
• Webinars
• Customer case studies
• Analyst reports

This role lets you build things from scratch exactly how you’ve always wanted it to work. You're a natural problem-solver and storyteller with a process- and workflow-driven attitude — a go-getter who manages your own work with high autonomy, stays disciplined in execution, and speaks up clearly about what you need. You combine strong interpersonal skills with real technical adaptability, and you do your best work when given the space to own it. In this role, you report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Channel, and our Marketing Programs Specialist.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years in Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Product Marketing — ideally in cybersecurity, MSSP, or telecommunications
• Native English speaker (US or UK); German, French, or Arabic is a bonus
• Proven AI workflow expertise — you use generative AI to build processes that multiply your output, not just speed things up
• Comfortable with HubSpot marketing automation, CRM, design, and project management tools
• A natural storyteller — you translate complex ideas into content that resonates with any audience
• A builder and disciplined self-starter who drives projects from brief to delivery without needing daily direction
• Strong interpersonal skills — you naturally connect Marketing, Sales, and Channel; and you're vocal about your needs, ideas, and feedback

Requirements

• Build sales and channel enablement assets — battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling content — to help the revenue team accelerate pipeline and close deals faster
• Deliver regular customer and market insights to Sales, leadership, and the revenue team to keep Abusix in tune with what’s moving the needle for our customers and sharpen our positioning
• Develop ICP-obsessed messaging for each segment we serve — telcos, MSSPs, ISPs, enterprises — to position Abusix as the right answer for their specific needs, wants, and desires
• Produce short and long-form written content — blogs, how-to guides, whitepapers, tech doc updates, and executive briefs — to educate target audiences in their own language and build the authority that fuels our demand generation
• Host webinars and product demos and script short and long-form video content to build audience-centric, educational content that drives product understanding and engagement
• Build customer case studies with our customers to tell outcome-driven stories that build buyer confidence and support Sales across the pipeline
• Lead analyst collaborations and own the annual Network Abuse Management Threat Intelligence Report to establish Abusix as the authoritative voice in network abuse intelligence
• Run our annual NPS customer survey programme across our customer base to give the business a clear, actionable measure of customer loyalty and satisfaction
