Role Description

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator (Social Media) Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of content production across key social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong storytelling skills with hands-on video production experience and thrives in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.

• Create and publish social media content including short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Develop content plans and generate fresh content ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Write compelling copy, scripts, and hooks for various content formats.
• Edit videos and prepare visuals for publication.
• Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and formats.
• Work with both personal brand and corporate content.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data (reach, engagement, retention, CTR).
• Test new formats, trends, and hypotheses to grow reach and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and speakers/experts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content for social media (personal brands and/or corporate pages).
• Strong written English skills — Upper-Intermediate / B2+ or higher.
• Copywriting and storytelling skills (posts, hooks, scripts).
• Hands-on experience with short-form video production (Reels / Shorts / TikTok / Social Media video).
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Understanding of social media trends and viral content principles.
• Ability to adapt content across platforms and audiences.
• Basic understanding of content analytics (reach, engagement, retention, CTR).
• Portfolio with real cases is required.

Requirements

• Nice to Have:
• Experience working with B2B or expert-driven content.
• Background in logistics, transportation, SaaS, or outsourcing industries.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and research.
