Role Description
As an Account Director, youβll be responsible for working with clients in the Lead Generation space. A successful candidate will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels. Through a deep understanding of the clientβs business, the Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Account Director will lead cross-functional account teams of highly talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. Additionally, this individual will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their cross-functional account teams. Responsibilities

Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews β diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, with particular focus on lead quality, funnel conversion, and market-level dynamics

Work directly with client sales or operations teams to understand what makes a good lead β and build that definition back into targeting and creative strategy

Own the senior client relationship; QBRs should talk about cost per acquisition, not cost per click

Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a single account strategy

Consult on geographic expansion and local market prioritization

Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals; grow MRR

Build multi-threaded relationships with multiple layers of client contacts

Work in Iris and nova daily; surface problems before clients raise them

Coach analysts and specialists; give direct, specific feedback

Requirements
-
6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house

Understands lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV by lead source

Has worked with clients who have a sales team and knows how to align marketing strategy to what that team can actually close

Comfortable with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures

Familiar with local SEO, GMB, and review strategy

Understands the difference between lead volume and lead quality
