Role Description

Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance engagement with prospective and existing members through data driven insights that support business objectives.

• Monitors consumer and competitor trends to inform engagement strategies, messaging, and communication efforts.
• Collaborates within a team environment, requiring strong self-motivation, initiative, and cross functional partnership to support strategic goals.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets consumer data to identify insights, trends, and engagement opportunities.
• Translates data findings into clear, actionable recommendations to support consumer engagement and communication strategies.
• Monitors and evaluates competitor activity, including messaging, positioning, and channel utilization.
• Assesses communication performance and market trends to identify shifts, risks, and opportunities.
• Tracks and evaluates progress against established business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business/Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years experience in product marketing, campaign management and/or execution of go-to market strategy required.
• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, Google Analytics or similar reporting & analytics preferred.

Requirements

• This position is 100% remote with the potential need for onsite meetings twice a year at the St. Louis or Chicago office.
