Role Description
We're hiring a Community Growth Manager to turn our engaged community into a real revenue channel, selling to the same customers repeatedly without incurring additional costs.

Facebook Group (45K):
Run it as a destination with:

Recurring programming
-
Member-exclusive drops and codes

A superfan ambassador tier
-
A steady funnel of new customers to convert first-time buyers into repeat buyers
-
Comment sections (IG, TikTok, Facebook):
Be the brand's voice by:
-
Turning questions into conversions
-
Transforming complaints into loyalty
-
Creating content and ads from great UGC
-
TikTok affiliate Discord:
Manage it as the home base for our affiliates with:

Briefs, challenges, and incentives to enhance content quality and volume
-
Collaboration with our creator/affiliate lead

Programming:
Develop shareable contests and games that encourage inviting others, plus:

Live Q&As
-
Wellness sessions
-
Launch events
-
Community-to-commerce:
Own community codes, landing pages, bundles, referrals, and early-access drops. Collaborate with retention and SMS to make members our highest-LTV cohort.

Voice of the customer:
Surface product ideas and objections to the team, validating launches before spending.
Qualifications

3 to 5+ years in community, social, lifecycle, or growth at a DTC brand, linking community to commercial outcomes.

Revenue-focused mindset rather than just reach.

Deep cultural fluency with the BGV community, understanding the lived experiences and health concerns of Black women.

Strong writing skills with experience in rallying creators and running converting programming such as contests, UGC, ambassador programs, and live events.

Hands-on experience with social platforms, Discord, Shopify, Klaviyo, and GA4.
Requirements

Ability to think strategically about community engagement and revenue generation.

Experience in managing and growing online communities.

Proficiency in social media management and content creation.

Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with affiliates and team members.
Benefits

Compensation: $80k-95k annually + bonus.
