Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Communications and Marketing Junior to join our dynamic team remotely from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of communications and marketing while contributing to our organization's growth and success.

• Design and execute strategic partnerships with Media and Associations
• Create engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters
• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional materials
• Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Help maintain and update the company website using content management systems
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing initiatives
• Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving communication strategies

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
• Tech savvy and enthusiastic with AI enabled work
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and marketing trends
• Previous internships or relevant projects in communications or marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Interest in International Relations, politics and the Energy sector is a must
