Our focus is on helping midsize companies grow via implementing major growth initiatives in strategy, marketing, and business management in a way that will continue to drive top-line growth long after we are gone.

Qualifications

• Experience as VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies.
• Ability to help a CEO or business owner understand where and how to grow.
• Experience in determining which marketing tools to apply for significant impact.

Requirements

• Inquisitiveness, resilience, and knowledge.
• Ability to help the CEO and leadership team understand real business problems.
• Capability to develop and implement a plan that fits the company, opportunity, and competitive situation.
