Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A growing digital marketing agency is seeking a part-time Client & Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage recurring client communication, content fulfillment workflows, and other process-driven administrative responsibilities.

The immediate priority of this role is keeping the agency's monthly content production cycle organized and on schedule. This is primarily a back-end, email-driven coordination position rather than a phone-based customer service role. The ideal candidate is an excellent written communicator who can follow established processes, proactively manage deadlines, and coordinate information between clients and the agency's fulfillment team.

The position will begin at 10 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into broader day-to-day business support as the agency expands.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous business support, client coordination, customer service, or account support experience required
• Strong professional email communication experience required
• Experience coordinating recurring client deliverables preferred
• Digital marketing agency or marketing operations experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience working with CRM, fulfillment, or project management systems preferred
• Ability to learn Vendasta and its AI-supported tools
• Strong Google Workspace proficiency
