[Hiring] Campaign Specialist @Avery Dennison

Role Description

The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz® media solution. Responsibilities include:

• Managing one or more client accounts and/or other areas of focus.
• Providing administrative support to Direct Manager, Group Director, and Sales Operations Manager as needed.
• Building relationships with process owners across all functional areas between client and Vestcom.
• Communicating effectively, planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Managing project timelines to completion with internal and external cross-functional team members.
• Evaluating and determining when to escalate concerns and providing recommended resolutions.
• Measuring performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and/or quality goals.
• Overseeing and providing direction and guidance on status updates of projects and accomplishments.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
• Demonstrating ability to remain calm under pressure and take full accountability for actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent related business experience and/or training is required in lieu of a degree.
• Previous media/retail promotions industry experience is a plus.
• Preferred 2-3 years related business experience.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, effectively problem solve, and exhibit strong analytical skills.
• High service level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency.
• Well-organized and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Previous CRM experience is a plus.

• Travel may be required on occasion as needed.
