Role Description
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HTML email coding, campaign execution, and lifecycle marketing across multiple channels.
- Create and launch campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms), including HTML build, asset setup, and audience segmentation.
- Execute day-to-day operations for email, in-app, and push notification marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough Testing and QA to ensure accurate tracking, clean rendering across browsers/devices, and bug-free deployment.
- Provide ad hoc support for push, in-app, and other lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and experienced in email marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
- Experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Ability to perform and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (Shopify, Braze) for building and editing emails.
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
