Role Description
We are seeking a proactive, strategic marketer to support brand production with a focus on B2B events. Reporting to the Director of Brand Operations, you will also contribute to broader brand initiatives, including social and integrated campaigns. You will play a key role on a lean, high-performing team focused on building efficient operations that drive brand impact and conversion.

Create and enforce industry-standard processes to lead event production in a streamlined and efficient manner

Large trade shows with custom booths - attended by over 100k pros and corporate partners with the goal of driving sales and building brand awareness

Small partner events and conventions with the goals of retaining current partners and driving new sales

Mid-sized conventions with the goal of network penetration while building positive brand awareness and consideration

Build a transparent B2B event production budget in collaboration with the Sales team. Own day-to-day budget management across 40+ events throughout the year

Maintain strong vendor relationships while bringing new contacts, ideas, etc. to further ladder B2B events into overarching brand work

Manage sourcing pros from the Angi network to support marketing shoots and efforts across all channels while building processes to simplify and streamline this workflow

Lead and document the end-to-end lifecycle of our annual award from Angi to pros called the Super Service Award. This annual project works across multiple departments and is a key driver of brand love from pros for over 25 years

Ad hoc brand production work including management of social campaigns, TV campaign production support, paid social production, etc.

Qualifications

An experienced and confident producer with 4+ years of experience working in-house or at agencies with a focus in event or experiential production

Brings a solutions-based approach to project speedbumps and creative problem solving

A flexible thinker who welcomes and seeks feedback, then understands how to flow into action

A proactive, evidence-based process manager and developer who carefully diagnoses current processes to understand smart solutions, implementation and impact

Someone whoβs shipped big work with a small team

A global citizen who can make an impact in more than one national market with a localized lens

Familiarity with several creative and administrative tools including: Monday.com, Figma, Gsuite, Coupa, etc.

The salary band for this position ranges from $95,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience and performance
