Role Description
We're looking for a bilingual marketer who can:
-
Launch a campaign and watch what the numbers are really saying.
-
Fix what isn't working while there's still budget to save.
-
Test, learn, and scale what is working.
You'll work across paid ads, email/SMS, copy, and creative, and the mix will change from client to client. What won't change: you own what you run. We don't need someone who launches and waits for the next reporting meeting to find out what happened.
What you'll do:
-
π― Paid ads: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, adjusting budget, targeting, and creative based on real results.
-
π¨ Creative: Work with writers and designers on ads, then track which versions actually perform.
-
π§ Email & SMS: Build and send campaigns and flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing subject lines, messaging, and timing.
-
π Bilingual campaigns: Make sure messaging feels natural to both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences, not just translated.
-
π Reporting: Turn the numbers into clear next steps: keep, change, test, or stop.
-
π€ Collaboration: Keep content, design, and project managers in the loop so campaigns keep moving.
-
π€ You'll use ChatGPT or similar tools to move faster. Your judgment decides what reaches customers.
Qualifications
-
2β5 years of hands-on digital marketing, running campaigns from planning to optimization and reporting.
-
Direct, hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a strong plus).
-
Experience building email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
-
Flawless written and spoken English for client-facing work.
-
Fluent Spanish, confident enough to write and review customer-facing campaigns.
-
Basic Photoshop and Premiere skills for quick edits and asset prep.
-
The ability to read campaign data and make practical decisions from it.
Requirements
-
Internet and power that won't cut out mid-launch, with a backup for both.
-
You show up when you say you will. Every time, not most of the time.
-
If something is underperforming, you say so early instead of hoping it fixes itself.
-
You follow through without anyone needing to remind you.
Benefits
-
A clear, fixed rate: $2,000/month, no guesswork.
-
Fully remote with a stable MondayβFriday schedule.
-
Real ownership: you'll manage budgets, make decisions, and test ideas.
-
Visible impact: your campaigns and their results are yours.
