Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic marketing specialist passionate about driving the B2B business through marketing campaigns and organizing engaging events, webinars, and workshops both online and offline. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and create valuable content that resonates with our target audience, while bringing ELSA closer to our B2B stakeholders. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing ELSA B2B's brand awareness, generating demand, leads, and driving effective calls to action.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and creating content for our Japan campaigns. You will also be in charge of planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, webinars, and workshops aimed at companies and schools, targeting C-level executives, leaders, employees, and students. Your primary objective will be to drive awareness, engagement, generate leads, and create demand for the adoption of the ELSA English app within businesses and schools. To accomplish this, you will collaborate closely with marketing agencies and internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, customer success, and other related departments. Your copywriting, creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and data-driven mindset will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, ensuring our campaigns stand out in the market.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content, such as presentations, demonstrations, case studies, and interactive activities that highlight the benefits of the ELSA English app.
  • Work with agencies to improve awareness, engagement and conversions of FB/LinkedIn/LINE/email marketing/Google Ads with different types of A/B testing.
  • Provide write-ups and post on social media.
  • Run email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end event, webinar, and workshop planning, including budgeting, venue selection, agenda development, speaker coordination, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
  • Ensure the quality of leads generated from campaigns and calculate conversion rate and ROI.
  • Utilize relevant automation tools and platforms to promote events and webinars, manage registrations, track attendee engagement, and measure performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop promotional materials and creatives for campaigns.
  • Work closely with business development teams and sales representatives to ensure proper lead capture, follow-up, and integration of event and webinar leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
  • Measure and report the performance of all campaigns, events, and webinars against goals and KPIs.
  • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to achieve desired results for the department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience with a track record in digital/performance marketing positions.
  • Understanding of modern, multi-channel B2B lead generation channels, tactics, and strategies.
  • Strong expertise in paid ads related platforms, namely Facebook, LINE, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of event marketing and webinar best practices, with a track record of successful lead generation, engagement, and demand creation.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Japanese copywriting skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to converse in English internally.
