[Hiring] B2B Marketing Lead @Simplify HR

We're looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Lead who can help bring that story to life. This isn't a role where ideas sit in presentations waiting for someone else to execute them. It's for someone who enjoys building. Someone who loves understanding customers, shaping product messaging, enabling sales, supporting partners and seeing their work translate into measurable business growth.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 3–5 years' experience in B2B marketing within a SaaS, software or technology environment
• Experience developing product messaging, marketing content or sales enablement material
• Experience supporting lead generation and customer acquisition
• Excellent writing, communication and storytelling skills
• Experience using CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms
• Confidence using AI tools to improve research, content creation and productivity
• A genuine curiosity about technology, customers and markets
