Role Description

Reporting to the VP, Marketplaces, we are seeking a strategic Associate Marketplaces Director, International Growth to lead international marketplace growth, with a primary focus on expanding revenue across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces and a secondary focus on Australia. This individual contributor will own marketplace strategy, commercial performance, content optimization, promotional planning, and cross-functional partnership to grow brand presence, improve conversion, and drive profitable revenue across key international Amazon channels.

• Lead international marketplace channel strategy, with primary responsibility for accelerating revenue growth across the UK, EU, and MENA across Amazon and other relevant third-party marketplace platforms, such as Walmart.
• Manage marketplace revenue goals, performance reporting, and business reviews for priority international Amazon marketplaces, translating UK, EU, Australia, and MENA marketplace data into clear priorities, action plans, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage international marketplace promotional strategy, including deal planning, calendar alignment, placement opportunities, and performance readouts.
• Partner with brand, creative, and product teams to optimize product listings, storefront experiences, ratings and reviews strategy, and conversion rate performance.
• Lead marketplace merchandising and assortment strategy, including product launches, kits, bundles, pricing recommendations, and category expansion opportunities.
• Monitor competitive trends, marketplace policy changes, category movement, and consumer behavior to inform channel strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to support commercial priorities, issue resolution, and long-term channel plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, demand planning, supply chain, and operations partners to ensure marketplace plans are supported by accurate forecasts, inventory visibility, and business priorities.
• Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities and platform capabilities that support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or related channel leadership, with demonstrated success on Amazon and other major marketplace platforms.
• 5+ years of deep Amazon marketplace experience, with hands-on ownership of channel strategy, revenue growth, content optimization, promotional planning, performance analytics, and cross-functional execution across Seller Central and/or environments.
• Experience driving revenue growth across international Amazon marketplaces, ideally including the UK, EU, and/or Australia, and MENA, with an understanding of regional marketplace dynamics, localization, and promotional calendars.
• Proven ability to build and execute marketplace growth strategies that drive revenue, profitability, conversion, and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of marketplace levers, including product detail page optimization, search, merchandising, promotional strategy, pricing, reviews, content, and channel analytics.
• Experience leading teams, managing priorities, and developing talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data to identify trends, evaluate performance, communicate insights, and make business recommendations.
• Ability to partner effectively across brand, creative, growth marketing, product, finance, demand planning, supply chain, and operations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, present recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Range

$140,000 — $150,000 USD
