Role Description
As an Associate Manager – SEO, you will work on building and maintaining signals at scale — ensuring our customers are not just visible, but recommended.
What You’ll Do

Technical SEO & Website Health

Audit and improve crawlability, indexing, and site structure

Implement on-page SEO improvements (metadata, headings, internal linking)

Work on structured data (schema: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, etc.)

Identify technical issues and coordinate with developer teams for fixes
-
Ensure websites meet performance and usability benchmarks
-
Local SEO (Core Layer)
-
Optimize Google Business Profiles (categories, services, posts, Q&A)
-
Maintain NAP consistency across directories and citations
-
Improve visibility in local search and maps
-
Support review monitoring and response strategy
-
AEO & GEO (AI-era Search Optimization)
-
Structure content so it can be understood and surfaced by AI systems
-
Implement FAQ schema, entity signals, and structured content formats
-
Optimize for voice search and conversational queries
-
Support geo-targeted content and multi-location presence where required
-
Conversion & Experience Optimization
-
Identify opportunities to improve conversions
-
Work with design and content teams to enhance user journeys
-
Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Work closely and collaborate with website teams
-
Content teams
-
Social teams
-
PPC team
Qualifications
-
4–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO (with exposure to local SEO)

Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
-
Google Business Profile optimization
-
NAP and citation consistency
-
Structured data (schema)
-
Experience working with website teams (developers/designers)

Ability to perform keyword research and guide content creation
-
Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog
-
Experience working on U.S. or similar markets
