The Associate Manager, Retail Media Advertising Operations will execute campaign trafficking, optimization, and reporting of our direct & programmatic retail media business. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Manager, Retail Media Advertising Operations by delivering the daily execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

• Support all aspects of onsite and offsite digital marketing channel and campaign management.
• Manage campaigns to weekly and monthly budget goals.
• Analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
• Leverage digital marketing channels to drive in-store and online traffic.
• Deliver total campaign metrics and optimize ROI for maximum profitability.
• Collaborate on creative and ad copy strategies.
• Determine target audiences based on client needs, preferences, or behaviors.
• Monitor data and data process flows.
• Manage product feeds and schedule campaigns (both recurring or ad hoc).
• Track results and work with internal tools/processes and external partners.
• Understand and build programs that involve multiple variables delivered through various sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Progressive experience in Digital Ad Sales Operations, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ad servers and ad management technology (GAM required, DMP or CDP required, DSPs required, video & creative hosting platforms preferred).
• 1 year experience with verification tools (comScore, IAS, Double Verify, MOAT).

Requirements

• Experience with troubleshooting tools (Charles proxy, HTML5 Validator, Ghostery, etc.).
• Point-of-view on viewability, ads.txt, and ad tagging.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $143,600.00 annually.
• Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
