Role Description
The Associate Marketing Manager for Account Marketing (Canada) will coordinate and maintain the marketing program for The North Faceβs wholesale retail partners. This role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, building scalable solutions, and driving brand growth through authentic marketing that resonates with wholesale retail audiences (in-store and digital).
The role is based in Quebec, Canada and designated as remote, with an expectation of approximately 25% travel.

Serve as the primary marketing contact for the wholesale accounts, fostering trust and collaboration.

Support seasonal plans for the wholesale channel and strategic specialty accounts to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sell-through.

Coordinate seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing support. Partner with agencies to execute this work to deliver to wholesale accounts.

Provide proactive communication and support to ensure sales managers, sales reps, and wholesale accounts have the necessary assets and resources.

Work closely with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the go-to-market process.

Collaborate with sales representatives on effective tools for seasonal sell-in.

Manage the co-op advertising claims and expenses process end-to-end to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Track campaign effectiveness and provide reporting with actionable recommendations for process improvement.

Maintain, manage, and communicate scalable solutions for a wide range of account partners.

Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications

Bilingual; able to communicate completely fluently in both French and English (spoken and written).

Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or outdoor industry.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Benefits

Hiring Range: $65,600.00 CAD - $82,000.00 CAD annually.

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
