Role Description

The Associate Director, Integrated Marketing develops and executes integrated marketing and communications strategies that advance registration, fundraising, and engagement for the Alzheimer's Association's constituent events portfolio. This role leads audience-centered messaging, campaign execution, and content development that connects constituents to the Association's mission and impact.

• Serves as a key member of the Integrated Marketing team, driving full funnel marketing strategy for signature constituent events.
• Partners with the Senior Associate Director and other team members to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans.
• Develops creative briefs, project timelines, and comprehensive project plans in support of Constituent Events business objectives.
• Manages campaign planning, messaging, marketing collateral development, tactical execution, and tracking of success metrics.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of constituent journeys and audience segmentation, tailoring communications for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Provides strategic guidance on content development across various channels while ensuring message consistency and quality.
• Directs and coordinates the development of constituent event marketing assets and content across multiple platforms and channels.
• Oversees the creation of standardized templates, toolkits, and resources used by Chapters nationwide.
• Upholds the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience; preferred 8 years or more.
• Strategic thinker, able to problem-solve and manage conflicting feedback and opinions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, building trusted relationships with partners.
• Experience in the nonprofit sector, specifically in peer-to-peer fundraising and marketing, is preferred.
• Collaborative, strategic project manager who effectively manages a high volume of materials and concurrent deliverables.
• Models and implements the Association brand, ensuring quality and consistency across all communications.

Requirements

• Able to plan content for multiple platforms and adapt existing messaging to different marketing channels.
• Identifies the need to meet one-on-one and in groups with colleagues to brainstorm and gather information.
• Negotiates priorities with partners and ensures all contributors stay on task and adhere to timelines.
• Understands industry best practices in content creation and project management.
