Role Description

Drive strategic marketing efforts and execution for Mashreq Cards & Payments to achieve business objectives, including:

• Customer acquisition
• Activation
• Spend
• Engagement
• Retention
• Portfolio growth across credit cards, debit cards, instalment products, and payment solutions

Manage the annual marketing plan, campaign calendar, and marketing budget, delivering integrated, data-led campaigns across:

• Paid channels
• Owned channels
• Earned channels
• Partner channels

Implement digital-first marketing, support rewards programme and strategic partnerships, while strengthening:

• Product visibility
• Customer experience
• Brand equity
• Regulatory compliance
