Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and committed App Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive the growth of Redcare’s mobile app. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase app user acquisition, app engagement, and app retention across multiple countries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our app's presence and performance in the market.

  • Manage, analyse and optimize paid media app campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok or DSPs to reach business goals like increasing new and retain app users
  • Enhance the app's store presence by optimizing visuals and descriptions to fully leverage organic traffic potential
  • Implement app tracking and routing mechanisms (with MMPs) to analyse and optimize app marketing user journeys across different digital marketing channels
  • Identify growth opportunities through app marketing tests for the Redcare app and create targeted initiatives to attract new users and engage them effectively
  • Work closely with the IT and other marketing teams to share app marketing expertise and organize the IT requirement management for new app marketing features

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in app marketing, with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and DSPs; familiar with Mobile Measurement Partners like Adjust or AppsFlyer
  • Skillset to evaluate and execute tests to discover new app marketing growth opportunities
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of organization and a proactive and self-motivated work ethic
  • Fluent in English and also have German skills
  • Flexibility to work remotely, with the ability to meet in the Berlin office at least once a month
