[Hiring] Amazon PPC Manager/Strategist @MultiplyMii

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Manager who can independently own advertising strategy across multiple Amazon brands while balancing profitability, growth, and long-term business objectives. You'll manage approximately 5–8 client accounts, making daily decisions inside live advertising accounts with minimal oversight. Success in this role comes from your ability to think beyond PPC metrics, identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and confidently recommend strategies that improve overall business performance. You'll collaborate closely with brand strategists, creatives, and operations teams, but you'll be expected to take ownership of your accounts, proactively identify opportunities, and make sound decisions backed by data.

• Develop and own end-to-end Amazon advertising strategy across multiple brands.
• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, Sponsored Display, and new Amazon Ads formats.
• Build campaign structures that support both short-term profitability and long-term account growth.
• Analyze account performance daily and independently determine when to scale, optimize, restructure, or pause campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, search term mining, negative keyword management, audience expansion, and bid optimization.
• Identify opportunities beyond PPC, including listing quality, pricing, inventory, Buy Box ownership, creative assets, catalog structure, and customer conversion factors.
• Present clear performance insights and strategic recommendations supported by data.
• Partner with creative teams by providing direction on imagery, video assets, messaging, and testing opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure advertising strategy aligns with inventory availability, product launches, and business priorities.
• Stay current with Amazon Ads updates, emerging features, AI capabilities, automation tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.
• Proven experience independently managing multiple Amazon brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brand Video, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
• Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of at least $50,000, with preference for significantly larger budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to make strategic recommendations rather than simply execute instructions.
• Ability to diagnose problems by evaluating both advertising performance and broader business factors.
• Comfortable communicating recommendations to clients and explaining complex PPC concepts in simple business language.
• Highly organized with strong ownership, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel proficiency.
