Role Description
We are looking for an analytically strong and execution-driven Amazon Performance Manager (f/m/d) to take ownership of our retail media activities in the UK market. In this role, you will manage and continuously improve Amazon Advertising campaigns across the full funnel while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Develop, manage, and continuously optimise the Amazon advertising strategy for the UK market

Manage campaigns across the full funnel (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP)

Take ownership of campaign setups, budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives

Continuously analyse campaign performance (e.g. ROAS, ACoS, paid sales, SOV, organic rankings) and derive actionable insights

Combine advertising data with digital shelf indicators (e.g. PDP quality) to identify holistic growth opportunities

Identify where content improvements can increase efficiency and reduce ad spend

Collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, and brand teams as well as external stakeholders (incl. Bayer UK)

Align campaigns with promotions, product launches, and key commercial moments

Use tools such as Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Skai, BidX or similar platforms to manage and optimise campaigns

Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and new features in the Amazon Ads ecosystem
Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing, eCommerce, or Amazon Advertising

Hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC); DSP is a plus
-
Experience using advertising management tools such as Pacvue, Skai, BidX, or similar
Requirements

Strong understanding of performance KPIs and can turn data into clear actions

Understanding of how content and digital shelf performance impact conversion and advertising efficiency

Structured and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset

Curious about new tools and technologies, especially AI in advertising and content

Fluent in English; German is a plus
