[Hiring] Amazon Marketplace Specialist @JobRack

Role Description

We're looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist. In this role, you will:

• Live in the backend and keep the Amazon machine running smoothly
• Manage bulk uploads, listing creation, and variation setup
• Maintain account health and handle appeals proactively
• Update content and ensure catalogue accuracy and compliance
• Monitor performance and spot issues before they escalate
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of category trends
• Conduct keyword research
• Cooperate with the Ads team
• Launch A/B tests
• Schedule deals
• Implement price changes

This is a full-time role and the hours are flexible - as long as there's overlap with US East Coast business hours. You'll report to Artem, our U.S. Marketplace Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong Amazon Seller Central account management experience
• Expert-level bulk file management (flat files, inventory loaders, feed templates)
• Variation family creation and troubleshooting
• Experience submitting and winning account appeals
• Up to date on Amazon algorithm changes and policy updates
• Listing optimisation and content creation for Amazon product pages
• Strong critical thinking - you spot problems early and bring ideas, not just questions

Requirements

• Experience generating process improvement ideas that actually shipped (brownie points)
• Product research background (brownie points)
• Basic understanding of Amazon Ads performance metrics (brownie points)
