Role Description

As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our rapidly expanding Amazon Sales Channel. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that boost visibility, maximize conversion, and improve operational efficiency on the Amazon Marketplace. You will manage every aspect of our Amazon strategy execution, while collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Operations, Finance, and Marketing. Your expertise in e-commerce and data-driven decision-making will be essential in scaling our Amazon business and maintaining a competitive edge in the digital marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related program
• 3+ years of experience and track record of success selling directly in Amazon Seller Central
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Advertising including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
• Advanced Excel knowledge, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of digital shelf optimization, SEO, and CRO
• Experience in CPG, supplements, or health & wellness strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, including oral and written communication
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative information and use such information to develop actionable recommendations
• Work well under tight timelines
• Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment & adapt to ever-changing digital landscape
• Excellent judgment, follow-up, attention to detail, and personal accountability
