Role Description
Now we are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager (Private Label) who understands Amazon Private Label inside out and knows how to turn data into clear, actionable growth strategies. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership and is comfortable looking beyond individual listings. You will be responsible for the performance and growth of your assigned product portfolio, identifying opportunities, optimizing listings and conversion, analyzing competitors and market trends, and working closely with Marketing, PPC, Creative, Production, and Planning teams.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of hands-on Amazon Private Label experience, owning product performance rather than executing someone else’s instructions
-
Experience carrying responsibility for revenue, profitability, or other measurable commercial results
-
Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listings, variations, flat files, cases, Brand Registry, and A+ Content Manager
-
Demonstrated ability to grow organic rank and improve conversion, with specific results and numbers you can walk us through
-
Confidence working with unit economics and building a landed-cost-to-contribution-margin model in Excel or Google Sheets
-
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, clean reporting, and basic modeling
-
Working knowledge of Amazon PPC and a clear understanding of how advertising spend, ranking, and organic sales interact
-
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or a similar tool
-
Practical experience with Amazon Search Query Performance
-
Confidence reading and working from BI dashboards, not only Excel exports
-
Ability to independently pull, interpret, and act on performance data
-
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, with sound judgment about where they help and where human review is required
-
Excellent written English and the discipline to communicate clearly and asynchronously in Slack
-
Availability to work full US business hours in the Eastern Time Zone
-
A genuine ownership mindset: you identify and surface problems before someone asks about them
Requirements
-
Experience with apparel, print-on-demand, seasonal, gifting, or event-driven categories
-
Experience managing a large catalog with multiple variations
-
Experience with licensed or branded intellectual property and related compliance requirements
-
Hands-on Amazon PPC campaign management experience
-
Amazon Canada or Walmart Marketplace experience
-
SQL knowledge or confidence querying a sales database directly
-
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar
Benefits
-
Direct ownership and visible impact — manage a real product portfolio and directly influence its growth, revenue, and profitability.
-
Fast execution — in-house production and short decision cycles allow successful ideas to reach the market quickly, without unnecessary bureaucracy.
-
An established Amazon business — join a profitable eCommerce company with significant budgets and a substantial product catalog.

An experienced international team — work alongside specialists across eCommerce, data, production, PPC, and creative.
-
A modern technology stack — use an internal BI system, Slack, and AI tools integrated into the daily workflow.
-
Competitive compensation based on your experience.
-
Fully remote, full-time cooperation — five working days per week during US business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
-
Reliable working conditions — on-time monthly payments and paid vacation.
