Role Description
Our client is looking for an AI-Native Marketing Coordinator who doesn’t just use AI—but operates inside it. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with leadership across nearly every marketing and growth function in the business. You’ll be responsible for building systems, executing campaigns, and scaling output using AI-first workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

AI Systems & Workflow Ownership

Build and manage AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations

Continuously test and adopt new AI tools to improve output

Use AI as the starting point for execution—not just support

Content & Social Media
-
Manage and grow social media channels
-
Write and schedule posts for leadership using AI tools

Turn long-form content into high-performing social posts
-
Own and execute the content calendar

Podcast Production
-
Coordinate and attend recordings
-
Handle editing, publishing, and distribution
-
Create clips, show notes, and supporting content

Own the full process from recording to launch

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

Build and execute cold email + LinkedIn campaigns
-
Develop targeted prospect lists using data tools
-
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics

Manage setup, deliverability, and sequencing

Design & Creative
-
Create and improve marketing assets (presentations, collateral, etc.)

Support website updates and improvements
-
Design materials for events, campaigns, and outreach
-
Assist with long-form content projects (e.g., digital or print assets)

Email & Communications

Build and send newsletters

Write client and prospect communications

Support nurture and follow-up campaigns

Events, Webinars & Coordination

Assist with event planning and logistics

Prepare presentations and materials

Support webinar setup and execution

Light Technical Work

Navigate tools, dashboards, and systems confidently

Make minor updates and troubleshoot independently

Learn new platforms quickly through documentation and testing
Qualifications

Strong, hands-on experience using AI tools daily

Excellent written English and communication skills
-
Strong copywriting ability across different audiences

High initiative and ability to work independently

Problem-solver with a “figure-it-out” mindset

Comfortable learning and using new tools quickly

Reliable remote setup and internet
Requirements

Experience in marketing, content, or coordinator roles
-
Background in podcasting, video, or content production
-
Familiarity with outreach tools and campaign building
-
Experience with design tools and presentation building
-
Exposure to fast-paced or growth-stage environments
Role Details
-
Full-time, remote (40 hours per week)
-
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Central Time)

80 hours PTO annually
