Role Description

Every marketer has a list of things they do by hand that a machine should be doing. The weekly numbers. The budget check. The same ad rewritten five ways. The fifteenth SEO page. This role exists to build the systems that do that work, so the team spends its time on decisions instead of busywork.

You run paid media, social and SEO yourself, and you build the workflows, agents and content engines that let a small team cover ground it otherwise couldn't. You work alongside our Affiliates and CRM & Retention teams. Nobody hands you a playbook or a tool stack: you choose the tools, prove they work, and own the result.

What You'll Do

• Build content engines.
• Turn one brief into SEO pages, social posts, ad copy and creative variants across markets and languages, with checks for accuracy, brand and compliance built in.
• Automate paid media.
• Build the loops that watch spend, flag anomalies, mine search terms, spot creative fatigue and produce the weekly performance brief before anyone asks for it.
• Run the channels yourself.
• Set up, optimise, publish and measure across paid media, social and SEO. You're in the accounts, not reviewing someone else's deck.
• Measure on our numbers.
• Judge channels on sign-ups, first deposits and deposit value from our own data, not the ad platform's conversion report. Use holdouts where you can. Stop what doesn't work.
• Make it repeatable.
• Document what you build (runbooks, short Loom walkthroughs) so teammates can run it and it keeps working when you're away.
• Keep it safe.
• Design the human checkpoints, spend caps and compliance checks so nothing goes out that shouldn't.

Qualifications

• You've personally run paid media, social and SEO. Not overseen an agency. Done the work, in the accounts and the CMS.
• You've run paid campaigns against back-end conversion data (sign-up, first deposit or equivalent), not only the platform pixel.
• You've already built systems that replaced manual marketing work: a content pipeline, an optimisation loop, an automated reporting flow. You can show it running.
• You use AI every day to produce the work, and you can tell us where you trust it and where you don't.
• You measure properly. You know an ad platform's "conversions" and our first deposits are different counts, you have worked from the back-end one, and you don't call a test a winner on a dozen results.
• Nice to have: paid social in a restricted or regulated category (i-gaming, finance, alcohol, dating, pharma); multi-market or multilingual work; affiliate marketing. You may have led people before.

What This Isn't

• A prompt-and-paste job
• A strategy-only or agency-management role. You'll be hands-on in the accounts.
• A "set it and forget it" job. Good systems in a regulated industry keep a human at the right checkpoints.
