[Hiring] Affiliate Programs Partner @Zip Co Limited

Role Description

We're looking for a commercially minded Affiliate & Partnerships leader to help grow and optimize Zip's affiliate and third-party monetization channels. In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of affiliate programs and partner marketing initiatives, including:

• Developing strategies and negotiating opportunities
• Launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving revenue growth
• Identifying opportunities to improve conversion and strengthen partner relationships
• Unlocking new revenue streams

You'll work closely with our Marketing, Growth, Product, and Account Management teams to connect partner opportunities with Zip's broader business objectives. As part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment, you'll help:

• Expand our third-party ecosystem
• Bring new monetization opportunities to market
• Ensure our affiliate partnerships deliver meaningful value for Zip, our partners, and our customers

Interesting problems you’ll get to solve:

• Manage affiliate programs end-to-end — set the targets, build the plan, and drive the actions that hit and exceed them
• Coordinate campaign and product-launch logistics with partners
• Lead execution and recommend improvements across campaign planning, network management, and revenue pacing
• Act as the dedicated business owner for Zip's third-party advertiser relationships
• Support high-value affiliate and partner deals
• Advise internal teams and leadership on affiliate insights
• Analyze performance data to surface actionable insights
• Unlock co-op marketing and co-brand opportunities with key partners
• Educate and grow your partner portfolio through various strategies
• Support onboarding new monetization vendors and manage their strategic growth

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience
• Demonstrated DRI experience — owning a channel, product line, or revenue vertical end-to-end
• Deep affiliate network fluency across platforms like ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, or PepperJam
• Strong commercial acumen — understanding unit economics and margin
• Experienced partner manager who can influence stakeholders
• Data-driven operator comfortable with attribution models and performance reporting
• Cross-functional influencer who can shape decisions at the executive level
• Experience in fintech, BNPL, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
• Ability to translate complexity into clarity for various audiences

Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations. The annual base pay range for this position is $92,000 - $126,000.
