[Hiring] Affiliate Marketing Specialist @Ashley Digital

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our affiliate program. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Recruiting and nurturing affiliate partners
• Driving revenue through performance-based partnerships
• Leveraging data analytics to continuously improve program outcomes
• Collaborating closely with the content, product, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals

What You’ll Be Doing

• Affiliate Program Management
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing relationships with high-quality affiliate partners
  • Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program
• Performance & Analytics
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics
  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue
  • Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks
• Content & Creative Coordination
  • Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines
  • Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their performance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
