Role Description

Our Client, an Internet Content & Information company, is looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist II for their Remote location.

• Support day-to-day client campaign execution for large-scale global launches of internal marketing programs.
• Campaign execution includes client campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting to meet deadlines.
• A growing portion of this work is performed using AI agents and automated build pipelines rather than manual setup.
• Prepare structured build inputs, run automated build workflows, and critically review the output before launch.
• Understand how the automation works — what it does, where it can go wrong, and what it cannot be trusted to do.
• Recognize when an automated build is wrong, diagnose why, and correct it.
• Help identify which parts of the build process should be automated next and contribute to improving templates, inputs, and QA checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on client experience, including large scale global campaigns executed independently.
• Technical knowledge of client (pixel, custom audience, placements, optimization, bulk edit, etc.) and best practices.
• Ability to work within an automated workflow — following a defined process, working with structured inputs, and reviewing automated output critically.
• High level of detail-orientation, strong prioritization, and the ability to troubleshoot under deadline.
• Experience with campaign reporting, tracking, and insights; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Eager to learn and adaptable as tooling evolves quickly.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using AI assistants or coding agents for production work.
• Experience with marketing automation, bulk/scaled campaign tooling, or scripted workflows.
• Agency experience.
• Basic SQL or familiarity with the client Marketing API.
