Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a paid digital or programmatic trading role, with hands-on experience using The Trade Desk, DV360, YouTube, Vistar/HiveStack, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously develop
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential

Requirements

• Set up end-to-end campaigns across BVOD, Audio, Programmatic OOH, Display, and Social Media platforms, including Facebook and TikTok
• Manage and optimize campaigns using The Trade Desk, DV360, YouTube, Vistar/HiveStack, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
• Conduct campaign pacing checks and implement tactical optimizations to achieve media KPIs and client business objectives
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, and collaborate with the direct manager to prepare Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) and performance reports
• Assist with end-of-month billing processes and resolve campaign-related financial discrepancies
• Manage campaign timelines and creative assets to ensure timely, accurate, and error-free launches
• Attend regular team meetings and work-in-progress (WIP) sessions, providing updates on campaign performance, task progress, and workload
• Perform other duties aligned with the responsibilities and objectives of the role
