[Hiring] A/B Testing Manager @EPAM

Role Description

We are seeking an A/B Testing Manager to lead end-to-end experimentation with Engineering, Analytics, and Site Optimization teams. You will ensure tests are well designed, implemented, tracked, and evaluated using Adobe Target and aligned with Akamai dependencies.

• Lead end-to-end A/B testing setup and execution for the pod
• Coordinate with Analytics and Site Optimization on experiment design, metrics, attribution, and analysis
• Challenge hypotheses, success metrics, tracking, and attribution to ensure results are reliable
• Partner with Engineering on technical implementation, troubleshooting, and experiment readiness
• Ensure correct Adobe Target configuration and usage while aligning with Akamai setup and dependencies
• Improve experimentation processes continuously across the pod

Qualifications

• Proven record with 8+ years of hands-on A/B testing and experimentation experience
• Solid understanding of experimentation methodology, metrics, attribution, and analytics
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Target
• Working knowledge of Akamai and digital experience delivery
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with confidence to challenge and align Engineering, Analytics, and Site Optimization
• Strong technical understanding of web/digital products and tracking
• English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level

• Nice to have: Exposure to AI, chatbots, or conversational products
• Experience in E-commerce / retail environments
• Working skills with SQL and/or Python
