Role Description

We’re looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to design, maintain, and continuously improve the frameworks that power our internal healthcare operations. You’ll own the accuracy, structure, and usability of our internal knowledge ecosystem — ensuring that every process, workflow, and SOP helps teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design . You’ll dive deep into how things work, identify where clarity breaks down, and turn complex workflows into precise, usable knowledge. It’s a highly visible individual contributor role with significant operational impact — not a managerial position, but one where your work influences how entire teams function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement — ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
• Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Stable wired internet connection (15+ Mbps).
• Modern computer meeting or exceeding: i5 8th Gen or Ryzen 5 2000 series, 12GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred).
• Noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace, and power backup.
