[Hiring] VoIP Engineer, Mid-Level @DMI

Role Description

DMI, LLC is seeking a VoIP Engineer, Mid-Level to join us.

• Engineers and integrates voice, video, and collaboration capabilities across IT/OT environments.
• Includes lab validation, cutover support, operational testing, transition artifacts, and ORR support.
• Secure/reliable communications engineering, testing, stabilization, O&M handoff, and ORR support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering.
• SIP/call routing, dial plans, endpoint provisioning, voice quality fundamentals, troubleshooting across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies.
• Strong documentation/runbook discipline.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
