We are looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned systems, identify opportunities for improvement, implement effective solutions, and contribute to building a secure, scalable, and well-documented IT environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Endpoint Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience administering and managing a company-wide fleet of devices.
  • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and device management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including user management, groups, licensing, and Conditional Access.
  • Experience administering Google Chrome Enterprise through the Google Admin console.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, firewall policies, VPN configuration, and FortiClient.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, and wireless networking.
  • Experience using PowerShell for automation, scripting, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, business applications, and network environments.
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with remote teams and on-site technicians.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned IT systems.

Requirements

  • Administer Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and Windows update management.
  • Administer Chrome Enterprise through the Google Admin console, including ChromeOS device policies and Chrome browser management.
  • Configure, deploy, monitor, and maintain company-managed Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
  • Ensure all company devices meet established security, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Manage device provisioning, configuration, reassignment, and decommissioning throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular endpoint audits to identify unmanaged devices, security vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
  • Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, system performance, and endpoint configuration issues.
  • Test new configurations and system changes in a designated lab environment before production deployment.
  • Continuously improve endpoint performance, security, standardization, and the overall employee experience.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts, security groups, licensing, permissions, and Conditional Access policies.
  • Manage employee onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding from an IT perspective.
  • Provision, modify, and revoke user access across company applications and systems.
  • Maintain appropriate access controls based on employee roles and business requirements.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews to identify inactive accounts, unnecessary permissions, and potential security risks.
  • Support administration of business applications and physical access systems, including Kisi.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, account lockouts, permission issues, and access-related incidents.
  • Administer and maintain Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including firewall policies, security configurations, and VPN connectivity.

  • Monitor network availability, firewall performance, and overall infrastructure health.
  • Coordinate with on-site technicians to diagnose and resolve network and hardware-related issues remotely.
  • Perform routine network maintenance and recommend improvements to network security and reliability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support requests across company locations.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, account access, and endpoint management issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems involving Windows, ChromeOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot device enrollment failures, application installation issues, VPN connectivity, and system performance problems.
  • Work with on-site technicians through video calls to perform physical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the Systems Administrator or Deployment Services Manager with clear troubleshooting findings and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT requests while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records, including device assignments, inventory, specifications, and lifecycle status.
  • Ensure newly purchased hardware is properly recorded, labeled, configured, and assigned before deployment.
  • Conduct periodic remote asset audits across company facilities.
  • Identify aging, damaged, or end-of-life hardware and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, upgrades, and disposal based on business needs.
  • Support secure device decommissioning, data sanitization, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) processes.
