• Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in alignment with service and experience level agreements.
• Maintain reliable and secure information technology infrastructure to support organizational needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve operational effectiveness continuously.
• Govern ongoing service delivery and implement enhancements to meet evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless infrastructure performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Master's Degree in relevant field of studies.

• Expert proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Active Directory (AD).
• Advanced proficiency in Active Directory Management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Advanced proficiency in network security principles.
