[Hiring] Senior IT Workplace Engineer and Service Manager @PwC

Role Description

You are an IT Endpoint Lead engineer, leading the development of our IT Endpoint Environment and taking over the role as IT Service Manager, driving your services independently and proactively.

In this role, you are a driver and key factor to ensure the development, smooth operations, and continual improvement of our IT endpoint environment. Further, you act as service manager for IT services in the area of IT endpoint management.

What you will be doing:

• Together with your team, you run, maintain, and develop our IT endpoint fleet.
• You take full responsibilities and act as service manager for major endpoint related services, such as Windows Endpoint, Endpoint Security, or Virtual Desktop Environment.
• You support colleagues with technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• You develop solutions to optimize our endpoint fleet.
• You participate in projects and act as SME for several workplace related topics.
• You ensure a state-of-the-art software and patch level for our laptops.
• You create software packages and deliver them to our users.
• You identify and drive vulnerability management initiatives to keep our endpoint fleet secure.
• You identify and drive hygiene tasks to maintain a lean endpoint environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• At least 7 years experience working in endpoint management with a focus on Windows and iOS endpoints.
• At least 5 years experience on Microsoft Intune (MEM) or similar modern endpoint management platforms.
• 5 years experience working with PowerShell.
• 2 years experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environment or similar.
• 3 years experience working in Microsoft Entra Directory (Azure Active Directory).
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
• PowerShell proficient.
• Fluent (written and spoken) in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead colleagues, distribute tasks, and ensure their fulfillment.
• Ability to drive the operations and development of your assigned services independently and proactively.

Requirements

• Experience managing a Microsoft 365 Platform is nice to have.
