Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Informatica Administrator to support critical enterprise systems and data integration initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a high-impact, senior-level role responsible for:

• Enterprise Informatica platform administration
• Secure data movement and integration
• Infrastructure and application support
• Compliance with VA, NIST, and Federal security standards

Your work will directly support systems and services that help deliver care and operational support to Veterans nationwide.

The Senior Informatica Administrator serves as a key member of a team responsible for maintaining and optimizing a complex enterprise Informatica environment. This role requires:

• Deep hands-on Informatica administration expertise
• Strong infrastructure and integration knowledge
• Experience supporting secure Federal environments
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, ISSOs, and stakeholders

This is not a passive operations role—we are seeking a hands-on technologist who can administer, troubleshoot, secure, and improve enterprise Informatica platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years overall IT experience
• 6+ years direct hands-on Informatica Administration experience
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Experience in Federal or highly regulated environments preferred

  • Data security and governance
  • PII / PHI data handling
