[Hiring] IT/Cybersecurity Analyst @Triangle Cyber, LLC

Role Description

Triangle Cyber offers SkillBridge internships for an IT/Cybersecurity Analyst. As an IT/Cybersecurity Analyst, you’ll have access to our cloud-based IT/Cybersecurity Lab to grow your hands-on technical skills in:

• AWS services
• Operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• State-of-the-art cybersecurity tools (Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Kali-Linux)

You’ll also have access to professional online training to help prepare for certification exams.

Qualifications

• Has served at least 180 days on active duty
• Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
• Will receive an honorable discharge
• Has taken any service TGPS/TAPS
• Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
• Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship
• Prior IT/Cybersecurity experience is desired
• Must have personal laptop/desktop system with Internet connectivity

Requirements

• The Triangle Cyber Military Internship program is open to all ranks, and any enlisted or officer may apply
• Participants are not eligible for compensation from the company, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members
• A Triangle Cyber Military Internship, whether entry or mid-level, is an opportunity for individuals to gain valuable civilian experience through specific industry training during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days
• Participation in Triangle Cyber’s Military Internship Program is voluntary, Service member-initiated, and must be authorized by the individual’s chain of command prior to the start of the internship
• Successful completion of all necessary company agreements and documentation will also be required
